Binny Shalev, founder and director of EPI Consultants, has over 20 years experience in Israeli philanthropy.  In addition to his formal training as an Israeli attorney, Binny’s involvement in a wide range of projects has enabled him to develop an extensive network of high level relationships in the public and private sectors. This network encompasses the political arena, industry, government, the military and a broad spectrum of nonprofit organizations and business in Israel. EPI is supported by professional staff members who understand the expectations and sensitivities involved when working in a multi-cultural context.

Abbie Rosner specializes in conceptualization, planning and documentation of projects in Israel.  She has worked extensively with a wide range of public and private-sector clients. She has a M.Sc. in Professional Communications from Clark University and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
